We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Yeah this honored worker's face was on a particular poster that I can't find (he had Lenin's god-sized face behind him).
I made up the heroic posture and the huge muscular arms based on the general feel I get from posters of that age. Also, the color scheme obviously.
And I totally agree, some serious talent went into propaganda posters!
